1. Ministry of Health has received a financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) toward the cost of Strengthening of National Referral Hospital on Oncology Center Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Local Medical Equipment for Soeradji Tirtonegoro Hospital Klaten, Central Java Province 
2. The Procurement Committee of Dr Soeradji Tirtonegoro Hospital now invites sealed bids form eligible bidders for Procurement of Local Medical Equipment for Soeradji Tirtonegoro Hospital, Klaten Central Java Province. The procurement includes, but is not limited to, medical hospital equipment such as Central Monitor, Cytotoxic Drug Safety Cabinet, Biosafety Cabinet Class II Type 2A, Laminar Air Flow, Patient Monitor with Adult–Pediatric Accessories, Suction Thorax Portable, Vital Sign Monitor, in various quantities, as further detailed in Section VII of the Bidding Document. The equipment shall be delivered to Oncology Center Building Dr Soeradji Tirtonegoro Hospital, located at Dr Soeradji Tirtonegoro Hospital, Jl. KRT. Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro No. 1, Central Java, Indonesia. The completion period shall be 180 days, including the installation, performance testing, and on-site training of the equipment. 
3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in IsDB’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing, April 2019 [revised in February 2023_2] (“Procurement Guidelines for the procurement of goods, works, and related services under IsDB Project Financing-Revised February 2023”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to 1.9.1-1.9.5 paragraphs of the Procurement Policy of the Procurement Guidelines setting forth IsDB’s policy on conflict of interest.

7. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of IDR723.000.000 (seven hundred twenty-three million rupiah). The soft copy of the Bid Security has to be uploaded to the webpage https://spse.inaproc.id/kemkes with the Bid Document and the original bid security will be submitted to the given address.
