With reference to Invitation for Bids No. BJ.01.01/D.XXI.8.1/14424/2026 dated 3 August 2026, the Procurement Committee hereby announces that a Site Visit and examine the Project Site for prospective bidders will be conducted as follows: 

Day/Date : Monday, 10 August 2026 
Time : 10.00 – 12.00 local time 
Meeting Point : Halaman Rumah Dinas, RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Site Visit 
Location : Oncology Center Building, RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro, Klaten, Central Java 
Agenda : Site Visit to the Medical Equipment Placement and Installation Areas at the Oncology Center Building

Prospective bidders intending to participate in the Site Visit are requested to confirm their attendance by completing the registration form through the following link:

Participation Requirements 

1. Each prospective bidder may be represented by a maximum of two (2) persons. 
2. Each participant shall bring a valid identification card (ID card) and Letter of Assignment upon attending the Site Visit. 
3. Each participant shall bring and wear their own appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including at minimum a white safety helmet, and shall bring their own measuring equipment as necessary for the Site Visit. 
4. Participants shall comply with all applicable safety instructions and site regulations during the Site Visit. 
5. Participants are requested to arrive on time and ensure that their representatives are duly authorized to attend on behalf of the prospective bidder. 
6. The costs of visiting the Site shall be at the Bidder’s own expense.
